EV-Solutions LLC d/b/a Atrium Car Rentals ("Atrium") may obtain one or more consumer reports or investigative consumer reports about you, including motor vehicle records and background checks, for the purpose of determining your eligibility to rent a vehicle from Atrium.
If Atrium adopts ongoing monitoring, Atrium may also obtain such reports about you at intervals during the term of your rental.
These reports will be obtained from a consumer reporting agency: SambaSafety (consumer reports furnished by Safety Holdings, Inc.), Attn: Compliance Department, P.O. Box 92890, Albuquerque, NM 87199-2890, sambasafety.com/compliance. You may dispute the accuracy of a report directly with the agency, and it will provide you a free copy of your report on request.
Reports obtained may include information concerning your driving record, motor vehicle records, license status and history, criminal history, and other information bearing on your eligibility to rent a vehicle, obtained from federal, state, and other public and private sources.
