What Pickup Day Looks Like

Almost everything happens online before you arrive — by pickup day, the only thing left is the car. Here's the whole thing:

1 · Apply online

About three minutes, no credit check. We review your driving record and most drivers are approved within 24 hours.

2 · Finish from your phone

Upload your driver's license, proof of address and insurance, pay the $25 application fee, and sign the rental agreement — all online, before you ever drive down.

3 · Pickup is just the keys

We walk the car together and hand you the keys — inspected and charged. Most drivers are in and out in minutes, and many are earning the same afternoon.

Driving From Provo

Home-turf demand

University traffic, the downtown restaurant rush, and the Provo–Orem corridor keep local drivers busy without ever touching the freeway.

Airport runs

Salt Lake City International is about 50 minutes north — long, well-paying trips, and the Teslas' range handles the round trip with plenty to spare.

Winter reality

Cold cuts EV range — we say so plainly. Precondition while plugged in, plan a little extra charge, and January still earns. Or wait for the Camry, which barely notices.

Provo Questions, Answered

Where exactly do I pick up the car?

488 N 900 E, Provo — our fleet center. Pickup is by appointment after you're approved, Mon–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, with after-hours slots by arrangement.

I live in Salt Lake City. Is the drive worth it?

Many of our renters think so — it's one trip down I-15, about 45 minutes, and after pickup everything else happens by text and in your driver portal. The car lives wherever you do.

What do I need to bring to pickup?

Mostly just yourself and your driver's license. Documents, the application fee and the rental agreement are all handled online before your appointment — if anything is still missing, we'll tell you before you drive down.

How fast can I be driving?

The application takes about three minutes and most drivers are approved within 24 hours. If a car is available, you can often pick up the next day.

Where do I charge a Tesla around Provo?

Every rental includes Supercharger network access (billed at Tesla rates plus 10%) and a 120V home charger. We measured what our own fleet actually spends — the real charging numbers are here.
