Rent a Tesla for Uber and Lyft in Salt Lake City
Teslas with rideshare use explicitly permitted, week-to-week terms, and no credit check. One pickup trip to our Provo fleet center — after that, the car lives where you drive.
Teslas from $425 a week — Camry Hybrid from $375 this October.
Why SLC Drivers Rent From a Provo Company
Salt Lake has rental options — Lyft's Express Drive program operates there, and aggregator sites list plenty of Teslas. The honest differences: most tourist and peer-to-peer rentals prohibit rideshare use in their terms, aggregator-listed Teslas around Salt Lake have averaged roughly $630+ a week (as of August 2026), and institutional programs come with their own platform lock-ins. Atrium is the other model — a local fleet where rideshare work is the whole point: $425–$599 a week, maintenance and registration included, no credit check, and a person who answers your texts.
Rideshare-first terms
Uber and Lyft driving is what these cars are for — written into the agreement, not hidden from it.
Week to week
No long-term contract. The $300 deposit comes back when the car does.
No credit check
We review your driving record, not your credit score. Most drivers are approved within 24 hours.
Built for How Salt Lake Actually Drives
Long corridor miles
SLC work stacks freeway miles — downtown to Sandy, Sugar House to the airport. The rentals include 5,000 miles a month on the Teslas, sized for full-time driving.
Airport-heavy demand
Airport trips are a big share of SLC rideshare volume — long, well-paying runs. Platform rules on airport queues apply to your driver account like anywhere else.
Charging routine
Supercharger network access is included (billed at Tesla rates plus 10%), and a 120V home charger comes with every Tesla. Our fleet's real charging costs →
Winter, honestly
Cold cuts EV range and we say so. Precondition while plugged in and plan margin on storm days — or wait for the Camry Hybrid, arriving October.
Pickup logistics
Pickup is one appointment at 488 N 900 E in Provo — about 45 minutes down I-15 from downtown Salt Lake. After that, support happens by text and in your driver portal.
Local support
Text (385) 204-4272 and a person who knows your car answers. When something needs fixing, we move fast — a car that sits isn't earning.
What It Costs, All of It
Your weekly rate ($425 Model 3 · $599 Model Y · $375 Camry from October), the one-time $25 application fee, and a $300 refundable deposit are everything mandatory. You bring your own qualifying auto insurance — or ask about coverage through Atrium's program — and pay for your own charging. Optional protection is listed with prices, not surprises.
